I ordered from them, Magazine Line the first week of May 2023. Today is September 15. I have still not received my magazine after four calls. Everytime I call or my husband does they say we'll get our magazine in two weeks. I have now requested a refund. They say I'll get that in two weeks. I have my doubts.

Don't waste your money. Order directly from publisher. May cost a little more, but at least you will receive your order. I ordered for my son, who is incarcerated, in 2021. He never received the magazine. So I tried again a few weeks ago. Got and email today that they don't send magazines to prisons. I wouldn't have wasted my money.

I ordered 2 subscriptions I only got one. I exchanged several emails with the company asking for help. They eventually told me that it was not there fault and I should check with the post office because they were holding them. I checked with the post office, they had nothing held for me, everything had been delivered that was sent to me. Magazine line just didn’t do there job and when I asked about why I haven’t received my magazines they made a excuse for why it wasn’t there fault.
I will not buy from this company again.

Took 20 dollars from.me for a magazine subscription and it's been 7 months and never received it. When reaching out over 20 times I have heard every excuse and lie from this company and what they were doing to fix it. They also sent me a bill and said I called and reordered my magazine, why would I reorder if I never received the 1st subscription lol.which I never ever called this place only used email. They have not refunded me and they are a scam. I reported them to BBB

I had a duplicate order and needed to cancel the one with Magazineline. They responded quickly and cancelled the new subscription. I will certainly subscribe with them in the future .
