Called them today to unlock one of my company trucks. Responded fairly quick, 45 minutes. 5 minutes worth of work, charged $746.00.

No rates provided beforehand, generic invoice, no accountable chain of command. I strongly advise against calling these guys! Call a reputable company.

I called Best Mobile Locksmith to make a new key for me on Wednesday. The locksmith came out and spent 2 hours trying an failing to make a key. He then suddenly turned to me and said, "I can't make you a key but I will call tomorrow if that changes." Before I could respond, he drove off.

I received a call the next day. The caller stated that he could send someone else that would make me a key. I agreed and proceeded to wait nine hours until midnight. No one ever showed and I never received a phone call.

Locksmith 20 minutes late to appt. Upon arrival he said did they tell you what it cost? (He told me 99 over the phone, super weird to ask upon arrival after telling me earlier on the phone) then said it will be 200. I said no thanks. They dont respect your time and are not honest with the pricing.

These people are FRAUDS! They sent a technician out named Amir who was not familiar with my type of lock. I have an older home. He damaged my door trying to figure out how to get the lock out. Once he got the lock out to try and replace it, He replaced it with the lock that had the wrong tail end on it so the door was still BROKEN. They still wanted to be paid and charged $237 and could not complete the work. When I called the company about their technician not fixing my door and it being worse then before he arrived they just kept saying he did his best! Do waste your time or money using this company! Do yourself a favor and call experienced locksmiths with 10+ years experience!

We did not have a good experience with this company. They had such high ratings too. The first guy showed up at the scheduled time, but after an hour said his machine wasn't working and needed to run home and get a new one. He told us he'd be back in 1-2 hours. We waited 2 hours and texted to see when he might return. At this point we hadn't heard anything and he never did reply back to my text. No response from him after he left.
I called the company to follow up and they said they would look into this and get back to us. We waited another hour and hadn't heard anything.
I decided to call again, but at this point it was almost 2:30. Our appt. was at 9am. We waited all day. Finally the third call resulted in someone coming out to fix our two key fobs around 4. We waited all day and could have easily used someone else, but it was getting late in the day. I even asked them at one point if we should find someone else b/c we had to wait so long. They assured us they would make this right. They did not seem to care about how much of our day we wasted waiting on them.
The worst part was the when we got the bill. They charged full price and it was well over what another company had charged the last time we had key fobs replaced. I couldn't believe they didn't offer to at least give some sort of discount for waiting all day and poor customer service. Not one person apologized for the delay.
The key fobs do work so I'm thankful we were able to get it done on our only day off, but I didn't like haveing to chase them down to get it fixed. Buyer beware.

Reached out to Best Mobile LockSmith at 7:30pm, The Google ad said they were open till 11 PM. I was not expecting immediate service. I got a phone call within 10 minutes that took my information down as far as what I needed and where I was located. I was told there would be a technician reach out to me and go over pricing and scheduling. 24 hours later, never heard from anyone.

Our tech was polite and very efficient. He did not provide any estimate which was my mistake for not asking. The overall price was absolutely ridiculous for the work that was done.
