Dr. Schlosberg is thorough. I love that! He is not married to a system where he has to rush 40 clients through in a day, so he actually takes his time and looks at the whole picture. I absolutely recommend Dr. Schlosberg.

I chose Dr. Scholsberg under the assumption that I will receive attentive care and attention for my sleep disorder. However, that was rarely the case in my situation. First I want to say that Dr. Scholsberg is a experience doctor and well verse in his field, but his office assistant and the way they do their sleep assessments needs to improve. Between my first visit with him and my first sleep study, it took almost 3 weeks to schedule because the sleep clinic had an issue with the doctor's office not giving them the correct documents and even when I try to call both place daily they keep blaming the other office for not sending/receiving. After finally getting my sleep diagnosis and Dr. Scholsberg wanting to move on to another sleep study to adjust for a CPAP machine, it took another 2-3 weeks to get a response from either office, however this time Dr. Scholsberg stated that I have to wait for a phone call from a CPAP Machine provider to get me the necessary equipment. It has been already one and a half month and I have not received a call from the provider or a response from the office. I started this process the first week of October 2018 and it is now January 2019, if you want your sleep illness to keep ruining your life then I guess this is the place to go to. I am very disappointed with the overall service here.

I visited Dr. Schlosbergs offvice on friday december 28th 2018 to get a referral to National Rehab Center for a sleep study. Upon entering his office for my appt. at 12 noon, I saw his receptionist holding a baby girl with a cloth over to cover her breast feeding. I was a little aw struck, but waited for my name to be called. After my appt. was finally over ( with him taking a personal call, from what seemed to be about 20 minutes ).
After my appt. was finished, he walked me back out to the reception area. He then handed a referral form to be faxed to National Rehab for my sleep study.
I then left his office assuming that I would be called soon to schedule my sleep study. Days became weeks. I called daily to no avail.
When I finally reached someone ( Jeanice, who was very kind ) at the sleep study. I was told that they had no paperwork for me. I then became furious! I finally reached his receptionist ( SOLANDRA ) who told me that she just faxed again and spoke to somrone. WHEN YOU SEND A FAX, YOU GET A CONFIRMATION LETTER BACK, YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE!!!!
I then contacted the hospital administrator, who then but me in touch with patient advocate.
My sleep study was finally done on friday Jan 25th 2019, almost a month after my request.
I find that this behavior is unprofessioal, unethical, and just out right unacceptable!
I persoally will never visit this office again. Since then I have done some research to find that Dr. Schlosberg leases his office space. I have also discovered that younger doctors are more knowledable about today's medical advancements.
Business is business, there is always a diffrent option!.
I would suggest that if Dr. Scjlosberg wants to stay in business, that he control his reception area. Bad customer service indeed!!!
In closing, I had my sleep study results mailed directly to me. I did not want to ever return to his office.
I am sure that if his receptionist had child daycare, that she could perform her job requirements!

This is the first doctor I've been to in a long time who listens to me, takes my concerns seriously, and doesn't type into a computer while we "talk." He doesn't dismiss women's vague symptoms as "anxiety" or "stress" or any number of patronizing rationales I've heard before. He does tests and we discuss the results. He emails me my diagnoses and abbreviated notes and lets me know test results the same time he knows them. He takes his time with patients and actually values them as people.
