ALL from here for exceptional prices. Staff are always nice and I always learn new things and about cool book clubs when I stop by.

My partner and I saw this bookstore on Instagram earlier this year and added it to our list of places to go while we were visiting. This bookstore has shrunk by a good amount from the pictures. I'd say it's maybe half of the space it was. It was very crowded with 5 people in there. Pretty decent selection still, but they didn't have the books we wanted.

A real gem in DC. Kind, helpful staff, wide variety of products, great atmosphere. You can tell that the people who work there are passionate and care. You ask for something specific, they know where it is and are very informed on a variety of topics. One of my favorite places in the city.

An amazing collection of middle-eastern books and merchandise (pins, shirts, flags, traditional Palestinian ceramics).

It’s located right next to the “Museum of the Palestinian People” so you should definitely visit both. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I also overheard them tell a different customer that they also do online shopping & shipping for people visiting from out of town.

Review based solely on my online orders. I’ve purchased Al’Ard olive oil and a kuffiyeh. Shipping & delivery on the olive oil took a little long and it was routed incorrectly, but that isn’t on the store, but USPS. The keffiyeh was shipped & delivered so quickly after my purchase. The quality is beautiful. Will definitely check out their brick & mortar store, but I highly recommend their online store as well.

Saw this place on social media and had to check it out. A pretty decent sized book collection of varying genres. As well as Palestinian made plates and other dishes which represent Palestinian culture and art. Stickers ad well as paintings and framed art as well. The reason I give it 4 out of 5 is because there could be more books on philosophy as the Middle East has had many philosophical contributions such as Rumi and imam Al Ghazali. So that section could be added. Otherwise a great store and the man that was at the store was very nice and helpful to me as well

Went to the store to buy just a keffiyeh and ended up buying books, zaatar, a keffiyeh, and some stickers. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I plan on going back to purchase some pottery when I get the chance. I highly recommend this store!
