Don't even bother to come to this place. I was just across the shop to purchase a water filter and decided to just drop by M&L intending to look for suitable bindings and curtains for my new house. Upon reaching the 'shop', I was confused. Because it didn't even look like a shop, more like a workshop/warehouse with plenty of clutter outside. Anyway, a man was nice enough to let us in to speak with a lady but she was the most unprofessional sales person ever.

Even before seeing her, I heard her complaining from her desk that she already have appointment later. She saw me and my husband and immediately asked us why are we here today. I was like Of course I'm here to look for whatever they are selling right? She said oh usually we only do appointment based. Then immediately demanded us to show her floor plan. I said I don't have it on hand, then she scoffed asking how is she going to proceed without floor plan.

Oh my god. I don't even know what i want the curtains or blinds to be. Shouldn't she frigging show me their available products first. My conversation with her was condescending and frustrating. I told her it is OK, I don't want to see already and walked out.

Even if you have the most beautiful and cheapest curtain ever in SG, i also dont want to spend any money here. Yucks

Curtains were done very well and according to my needs. Ah Liang, who put them up was really polite and meticulous, really a great worker. Would recommend M&L Furnishings.

As they use factories from China for their production, they said it will take 1 month for delivery which is fine. But ended up delayed for more than 1.5 months. When the curtains came, it was the wrong colour/material. Furthermore, wrong measurements for all rooms. Avoid this place at all cost. Waste of time.
