Bought a Hanford leather recliner last year (June 2023). Just over a year later the leather on the headrest is wearing. Manager and Service Staff looked at photos and said they believe it is a sebum stain from oil. We have owned other leather recliners over the years that have never shown wear on the headrest, including one from Scan Design. Recliners by design are to be used where your head rests on the headrest. They are often treated so that this staining or wear will not occur. It is obvious Muse & Merchant will not stand behind their product. They only offered to look into getting a new headrest at our expense. Very disappointed.

Ashely was so accommodating and such a pleasure to deal with in store, and the delivery from Alex and Chad was simply seamless! They were here in the window they said they would be, very clean, and very fast! They told me exactly what I needed to know about my new furniture and we couldn’t be happier with not only the service, but the quality (and warranty!!) of our purchase! We bought the perfect couch for our living room and chose a cow hide rug from the fantastic selection they have in store. I will always try to shop local when I can and I highly recommend Muse and Merchant to anyone looking for no pressure great service as well as quality, gorgeous and unique furniture!

Wonderful experience start to finish in home! First time purchase and will absolutely be returning.

We virtually spotted the perfect bed for us, (so really unsure what to expect!) We had to wait nearly 2 months for the order, and are extremely in love with how perfect it is! WORTH THE PATIENCE!

The quality is great, the fabric is top notch & details on point! it's the most aesthetically pleasing bed. The ledge all around provides a small seat, or a 'step' for out dog and little one. PLUS the cover comes off for easy wash (just not the headboard which i wish did though)!?! - EXTRA WINNN! 100% recommend!

S* our most kind person at the Langley location, was incredibly helpful, patient with all our Qs in person and over the phone, and was also extremely knowledgeable! Assisted us placing the order, advising all options of return/exchange if there was any delays, explained the bill itself in fees, allowed payment electronically, and assisted in prearranging delivery to kelowna warehouse and then to us with white glove service! HELLO PERFECTION!

The delivery was 2 persons (males) who were extremely kind, quiet, clean, and super quick to unload and build the bedframe. They took time, washed hands to preserve the fabric, and explained how to take the cover off easily, how to put it on, and how to wash, AND if any questions to reach out.
They cleaned up super quick, left nothing behind, and were truly a superior experience. WOW
---11/10 THE BEST TEAM!! amazing service will be back again!!!

It has taken us far to long to write this review, but we're happy to share that we have purchased many pieces (2 sofas, several dining room chairs, bar stools, an armoire, and 2 leather stand along chairs) from Muse and Merchant and have always been more than impressed with the customer service (especially of Ashley) and of the products themselves. Ashley, thank you so much for your help at the end of last year with our new dining room chairs. We were so thankful for your integrity, your honesty, and your help. Keep up the great work!

While looking for a new couch I was having issues finding one to fit my particular style, size and durability.
When I went to Muse I was so please with their large selection as well as the professionalism of the staff.

Ashley helped us find and design the right couch for us, from the shape to the fabrics.
We have had our Bradford couch for some time now and are still very in-love with it.

Totally unhappy and discussed with the service and handling we received today. We bought two decorative cushions which are defective. They are losing the pile and fibres. If you wear dark clothing you have to use a roller to clean you up every time.
We shoved them our proof of purchase. It was cash sale so they could not find our info in their system. They went back an forward and after about 15 minutes they decided that there is no return for pillows after 30 days. The cost was $221.00
They are in the same location as ScanDesigns. We own lots of furniture from scan designs wich we purchased over the period of 40 years. They always gave us the best service and we are happy customers with them.
We will never return to Muse and Merchant ( only to Scan Designs)
All our friends will be notified about this terrible service.

Out experience with Muse and Merchant was second to none. Jenn was very helpful and professional, providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision about our new couch and loveseat, including a great warranty. Delivery from Alex and Keny was seamless. Very careful, respectful and easy to deal with. Muse and Merchant has their own truck so they care about doing a professional job. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this B.C. company again.
