Not exactly about the city hall service but the "grass field" in front of it. Been like this for recent months. I got friends and coworkers asking me about it since now they think it looks like an ugly abandoned field. I was rather embarrassed, informing them that it was done on purpose.

Terribly run city. New mayor takes trips around the world to silly conferences on environmental sustainability and then closes lanes on stewardson way during rush hour traffic👍 great use of our property taxes.The city police force are a bunch of unprofessional gangsters. 90 % of out tax dollars and they cannot even vet and hire professionals. Lived here my entire life and want to move, gone downhill with this new local government.

Had an issue with electric billing. The team at city hall were unbelievably great. Very quick to act, very helpful and had excellent and timely feedback. Truly an above and beyond experience !!!

I really liked the historic cannons out front and the statue/monument with names of fallen soldiers from previous wars. The cannons have a plaque between them with a detailed description of when they arrived what they were used for and retired plus recent restoration date.

Metro Vancouvers most accessible City Hall. I have found Mayor and Council most approachable, appointments where no difficulty. Other staff can be found without appointments when they are available. Patrick is often seen out and about in the community and is usually happy to have a conversation. Say hello from me when you see him 👋🏻
