Edited: Bill contacted me directly to work on resolving the situation. I appreciate his quick response and willingness to find a solution.

I contacted this company three different times (via social media, their online contact form, and email) about not receiving my two subscriptions. I have not once received a response from them. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. They are quick to take your money, but good luck getting your subscription or even a response.

I really like Mother Earth News but I called in and they were supposedly going to credit me a charge and then I ended up getting charged for it anyway so I'm frustrated and I feel manipulated.

Update: I called in again and a lady helped me, I was being talked to about an account from years ago, and I was frustrated because that has nothing to do with this charge. I felt purposfully confused again. She talked me through and shared I was credited a week later for the charge. When I was able to verify the charge was credited, she said " now you can apologize to me," as I was literally saying I apologize and then she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a manager. The manager apologized and is sending a little gift to try and make it better. I was very frustrated because I really like the magazine, I'm just at a season where I'm apartment dwelling and don't do canning, etc. Thankful the manager heard me. Maybe down the road when I'm in a different season of life I can support the magazine again. But I definitely will not order online, to get caught with the auto renewal charges.

I ordered a kit to grow mushrooms. I got NO mushriims from their very expensive kit. Did great with the kit from Target/ They will NOT refund the very overpriced shipping charge. Do NOT buy from them!!!!!

Contacted on Jan. 17th, 2017 about not receiving magazines. Said they'd correct and send them out. Called June 6th, 2017 because no issues of anything ever arrived. They said they would send back issues, etc. Called them today,as still nothing, Not helpful at all. I do not recommend.
