This is the place to call if you want real locals who know and love the island to help you plan the perfect vacation. Cool gifts in their Simonton Street hideaway. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. Sarah is a gem. The owners are old-school Key West and well-loved in the community.

Lilthe was amazing. She was very quick to respond on email. She helped us find a ton of great food and set all the excursions up. When I needed to change some things around last minute she was a huge help! This made our vacation much more relaxing and it was also free for staying at the Azul key west!!!!!

Top notch service and incredibly knowledgeable staff - the go-to experts on all things in and around Key West. We booked the Havana day trip through Our Key West and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience and an exceptional value. From the time we arrived at the airport for our flight we knew we were in good hands. Check in in Key West was efficient and easy and we were met at the Havana airport by a guide who whisked us through customs so we could start our Havana adventure immediately. Everyone on the Our Key West team that I spoke with was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring we had an incredible experience. We spend a lot of time in Key West, and I can't wait to book our next adventure through this company! I can't recommend Our Key West - and specifically the Havana day drip - enough!!!

A little over a couple of weeks ago I contacted your services for some help. I then got to virtually meet Penny! What a blessing! From the communication and the I will take care of it attitude I couldn’t ask for better customer service. She sensed my uncertainty and made every seem so smooth!
