Excellent variety of books on the history of Africa and enslaved Africans in America and the diaspora. An enormous inventory of African art and clothing. All natural shea butter, black soap and other skin care and hygiene products from the motherland. African drum and dance classes. I love this place and the staff.

I love this historical store. It’s got plenty to offer. Definitely a great experience to have if you’re new to Dallas or coming for a visit. There are so many different events you can attend here. Never a dull moment at Pan African. Plenty of inventory and the service is excellent!! Highly recommend!!!

The ONLY bookstore that sells ALL the Black history books you can find in Dallas. Everyone here is amazing. Akwete and Adgy are the best! 🫶🏻 They have always supported us at de facto and 2PM, and are a legacy in our community. Met so many dope authors here, like Tatiana Obey. This is more than a bookstore, it’s a family.

A great place to learn so much African History and Culture. The owners are amazing. So many classes and urban learning for all ages from babies to elderly. Love the Ubuntu Farmers market and the people's fridge where you can donate and also pick up some items. Drum circles on Sundays are very healing. If I could go daily I would be there everyday. The energy of the people leaves a great impact on you.
