We have had a fantastic experience working with Phil and his team. My wife and I are building a lake house on Lake Erie, and we were referred to Phil by our builder. Phil showed us some pictures of "Hampton-style" homes that he had designed on Lake Michigan and we really liked this style. He then created a unique custom drawing for our home, and we loved it! We worked together on iterating and finalizing our preferences and Phil and his team were very responsive and creative.
I know that our builder really enjoys working with Philip Fernandes Designs as well, because although the drawings are somewhat detailed and very unique, they are also builder friendly and very accurate. We are now seeing our dream home come to life, and we love it. All cedar shakes, curved walls, with Phil's trademark oval window integrated etc. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Phil and his team.

Phil took our ideas and transformed them into an amazing house design that is not only unique but also classic and timeless. As a realtor I’ve been through thousands of homes. I can tell which ones have poor design or just lack of thought put into them. I know which ones are designed by Phil, they have a special look and great function.
When it was time to design our next home for our growing family there was no question as to who to go with. Phil had a ton of great suggestions, he was awesome to work with, always listened to what we had to say and we love the finished design… even after we asked him to change the exterior we ended up reverting to his original because it was better.
