In this place, couples can access the theater for free. but, according to them, only woman-man. gay couples are not couples for them. That's discrimination. I don't have a bad opinion of the work team. They are very friendly. BUT I FEEL DISCRIMINATED BY TREATING ME AS IF I WAS NOT FROM THIS PLANET.

Went in last night with my fiance`, and boy can you talk about customer service! The owner was fantastic! We are never going anywhere else but Pure Pleasure for future purchases. You have earned our business by making this experience a very informative one and easy. You gave great suggestions on products and we couldn't be happier with them! This place has come so far from where it was a few years back. It is very clean inside now, they have great prices, and a very helpful kind staff. I was very impressed needless to say. Took a very bad visit years ago and totally changed my mindset towards this place soon as I stepped in the door. I have to say changing ownership was the best thing for this shop. They have anything and everything you can think of. Thank you for making it a place worth going to. Keep it up store looks great!

My wife and I stopped by one evening, just to see if the place had gotten better than last year. YES! It was a Pure Pleasure to meet the new manager/owner. She gave a little tour and explained the new things she has implemented, like the couples free nights.
After, we broused the shop, my wife found a dress and movie she just had to have.
The staff gave us a relaxed and comfortable visit. The locker for purses, no big deal and is understandable. Thanks, J and A. We will be back for sure.

I went into the store to pick up a few items and i seen this neat swing it was marked 124.99 which i was totally going to buy, however it rung up 189.99 I mentioned it at the counter and was told they would not honor the price of 124.99 even though the box was marked 2xs with. So i didnt buy it. The rest of my items totaled $77 but i was charged $85 not sure if they just make up the prices as they go or what.

Generally a good experience. However when my trunk opened on accident I was informed I'd have to pay to re enter. It was great that an announcement was made so that I could close it, very much appreciated. My issue wasn't as much having to pay again, but an extremely rude response to a simple statement I made. I said "I can't believe I am paying again" and the response was "it's company policy and I really don't care what you believe" that shocked me. Undestand the company policy, but customer service was in poor taste.

As a regular patron of of pp I was a bit disappointed at that happened today during the lunch hour. A very good friend was visiting the arcade during this time. He accidentally hit his key fob that opened the trunk of his car. The staff members announced that the alarm device was going off on his car. The announcement was that the trunk was ajar and alarm was sounding. He went and shut the trunk to turn it off. Staff then announced he'd have to pay an additional 5 bucks to re-enter. Purely accidental and wasn't aware of store policy. Staff was rude and and seemed quite smug about the incident. The polite thing to do would have been to let him re-enter one a one time basis without a re-entry fee. That's good business practice in my eyes.

Reading the reviews here are entertaining also. Place sells sex toys, don't pretend it is something other than what it is. I see 1 star reviews from a employee at the competitor in Tampa that is easy to spot. Obvious he has never been here. Then you see the Ex talking trash. Predictable. You will find what you need here at a reasonable price. It does coast a couple bucks more than online stores but the humor you can make with your significant other is worth it. Lighten up and live a little.
