Want a cozy intimate place to eat especially on a Friday with beer on tap please go up top to the “upstairs” lounge. Food and beverages must be ordered at counter. Great food❗️yummy food 2nd time‼️

Clean store, with friendly staff. Unfortunately the managers seem to not fully support the current American boycott. Used to frequent the location previously, but much of the produce continues to be from USA. Other local grocery stores have done a much better job at pivoting to different markets. Used to buy 90% or more of my groceries at this location, now I only buy the western family cola typically and shop for the rest elsewhere.

We stopped for a few groceries, and the avacados were about perfect. They have a nifty little cafeteria where we had a really decent breakfast. Service was slow because there was only one employee working. She was hustling and doing her best. Excellent job, sole worker! We will for sure eat here again.

I have always spoken highly of the quality and value of the Chinese food bars in Quality Foods. This has been the single most unsatisfying experience. From blander than bland fried rice to getting the order items wrong, order taking service with poor grasp of English to staff on their cell phones while eating out of the warming tray at a table in the dining area, and sneaking food back to eachother while at work. Wait lines were long and the food much less enjoyable than any other QF I've been to. Bruce location in Nanaimo really didn't live up to the name or standard that I've become accustomed to.

Decent shop. Good parking. Decent Chinese buffet.
Like all shops at the moment, they haven't figured out a better way to line up at the check out.

The "Upstairs" bar/restaurant is pretty good. Relatively cheap eats compared to other pubs, although you'd think it could be cheaper at the source.....
The area is nice looking, and a nice small tapas menu with draft beers is a nice place to sit for a bit.

Have only been on wings night. Joined a couple of friends. The atmosphere is really nice and the servers were great. Couldn't eat all the wings and took some home.

My local grocery store. It is nice to go in where the staff recognize you and they are knowledgeable and willing to assist. There is always a friendly atmosphere here. They have the lounge and bar upstairs which is a nice relaxing place to go for a beer and a snack. Definitely go here on an almost weekly basis.
