I seldom write bad reviews, but found this frustrating as a busy business owner:

So…I order cards online for 3 day turnaround. 4 days later, I hear nothing, so I call and ask “Are my cards ready?” to which the reply is “Yeah, they’re sitting right here”.

Well, it would have been nice is someone would have told me that. No phone call. No email. Was I just supposed to check in myself?

Second, when I go to get them and open the box, they are squared corners, not round as I ordered. By this point, I am leaving in less than 24 hours for a work trip and don't have time to bring it up or replace them.

Not a huge ordeal, but certainly wasn't the type of service that would make me trust them with my larger investments of time and money.

PN 4716 doesnt stop at stop sign and shows a finger lol i got a dashcam with my speed in display and how you tailgated the guy in front of you on the stop sign! You should obey the traffic rules for safe driving! Just saying I have proof so just ... you know

This was always my go to place for printing for over 20 years. There is definitely a decline in moral with the employees like they don’t care. Then i realized i was speaking with the owner so it made sense why the employees seemed so dead. I had a house address sign made 4-5 years ago and within 6 months it had started to turn black making the numbers hard to see. When it had completely turned black, we turned it around to the other side but it was now black again and delivery drivers/clients to the house business could no longer make out the house numbers. I spoke to staff about it earlier this week and showed them a picture and the owner immediately said they would fix it but i would have to pay. I said fine. But asked why it was doing this as it was not normal as similar signs did not do this after only 5 years and I was immediately told that it was my fault for placing it on the house as the heat off the house was causing this. Long story short, it was a defective laminate so they are fixing it at their cost as it shouldnt have happened. No apology. Nothing. Just me made to feel like I am the stupid one. And in addition, for the second time I went to pick up some labels on Monday that had been preordered a week earlier and was told to pick up on the friday. The labels weren’t ready and I was told it was because i didnt confirm my email of the print. Twice now I never received an email to confirm an order (that was simply a reorder/reprint for the 6th time) and had to make the trip and return yet another day to pick up the order. I had ordered the labels to be on a sheet so they could be quickly pulled off and used on a bulk project. Instead I was given a box of 600 separately done labels with 5 pieces of paper to be removed off the back of of each label with the end pieces being 1-3 mm wide and very difficult to remove from the label. The old guy behind the counter said they didnt have any sheet labels in that size and to order them would take 3 weeks and I seemed to need them in a hurry so he did them individually. What normally would 90 minutes to put on over 900 labels took me over 3 hours and i had difficulty opening my hands the next day because of removing 5 little pieces of paper off the label in order to stick it to a box. I am done with them. Customer care/service definitely doesnt matter any more to them as obviously they have enough customers already. But i highly doubt that.

I run a business with over 200 employees. I utilize Rapid Printing for our business cards, letterhead and advertising material for the past 5 years. The service and product has been exceptional. The new, self service, features at Rapid Printing make it easy for my staff to order printed materials. If we have questions or need special assistance or a quick order, that staff is friendly and helpful. Love their new website and office location. I recently had my wedding invitations printed by Rapid Printing. They looked phenomenal and my fiancé and I were thrilled not only with the quality of the work but with how great the staff were to work with as well as the timeliness of our order. We will be recommending Rapid Printing to our friends for their wedding invitations as well. I also noticed they print so many other great things while looking into invitations which I never would have thought of for personal use such as other types of cards as well as personal cheques. We will be using their services again in the future.
