Customer service isn't very good but the products are. Came to check out Joseph Prince's new book. Would recommend coming down and buying something to support NCC or Joseph Prince

Dismissive customer service attitude. Sent me 200 holy communion elements which only had 2 months shelf life left and gave alot of excuses that this item only have 3 mths shelf life. Then why can't Rock Gifts be more responsible to send me a batch of longer shelf life elements? And the way the whatsapp customer support reply seems like she can't be bothered to explain more. This shop is well known for the poor customer service! It's been like this since the past when I have made enquiries about my order. No improvements till now.

Poor service and lack of hospitality; cashier was not a good witness of the Christian faith, thereby reflecting badly on New Creation Church, the manager of this bookstore:

My parents and I visited the shop on July 4th, 2023 at around 2-3pm. We bought quite a few products for kids and a bangle for myself that totaled to around a $120.

However, the atmosphere was dampened by the cashier/shop attendant, a middle-aged lady who did not greet us when we entered the shop and proceeded to use her phone. Furthermore, she followed us around the shop without inquiring if we needed assistance, always looking at us as if we were going to steal something. Bear in mind that this shop has a CCTV in EVERY corner, so it should be deterrent enough?

Lastly, she said that one plastic bag is chargeable by 5c and we only used one bag but when we looked at the receipt she WRONGLY charged us 20c!

Overall, her terrible service is deterrent enough that we will never step foot inside the church’s bookstore even though we attend the church upstairs. We tried to understand as we thought that she could have been a sister in Christ, but suppose a non-believer steps in looking for answers and encounters her sour attitude? Gandhi once famously said, “I like your Christ but not the church (Christians).”. I see why now.

Sorry for the scathing review, but given the recent reviews by other members who also experienced the same terrible service, could the management kindly find someone else to man the store so that we can be a better testimony?

Hours seem inconsistent. I stopped by twice this week during their regular hours, but the store was closed. There was a sign today saying they’d be back around 2:30, but no one showed up past 3, so I gave up. I recommend you visit on Sundays where you’re sure to get service and wont waste your time.

The cashier staff is very rude. The cashier may ask me to wait a while for the receipt but I missed the words. So I asked her to pass to me the receipt also (not annoyed or with any strong feelings). Then she was like very impatient and told me I need to wait a while in an annoyed tone. This is NOT acceptable even in a non-Christian shop. I don’t think it is the right way to treat customers and/or brothers/sisters. Very disappointed. I don’t pay for your temper.
