Writing for a friend. Employee claimed his valid drivers license was fake and refused service. Didn't get her name but she was rude and refused to scan it which would have proved it was valid. Service is regularly fine at this sheetz but this employee in particular needs better training.

This place has basically everything you need and a lot of things you didn't know you needed. The employees are friendly, and you're generally out the door in under 10 minutes. Wherever it is you're thinking about going to, skip it and go to Sheetz instead.

The staff was friendly and fast. As a truck driver I'm use to over priced food. Hence why I cook in my truck. While here I got a chicken sandwich ( which was actually decent) a burger( UNGODLY HORRIBLE) and some mozzarella sticks (just ok) and 2 energy drinks I spent $25. ( energy drinks 2 for $5) . Not really worth the money in my book. The store was clean and once again staff were friendly and fast. They did have alot of customers at the time of my visit.

What an awful time spent here. I only have a 30 min lunch. I used the app to order my food. 10 mins go by…12 …15 I watch people walk up and order then get their food.. I’m stand right next to area they give out food. The kid asks me ( are you waiting for something?) no im just hanging out at Sheetz!
Yes online order for Freddie. Ohh it’s over there ( a slight head nod) I walked over to the little shelve area nothing. A lady is standing behind the counter with a sheez badge on. Umm im looking for my food…. Huh…what…. I can’t hear you cuz the music is too loud. Abit louder
…I’m looking for my food!! I don’t have much time left….she say look I don’t even work here….look lady I’m hungry and the guy down there said my food was down here. The next comment pealed my nerve …Sir you need to calm down………..What did you say?!!!!
Ok I’m done here…..keep my money keep my food…. Use it to buy you some customer service classes. I had to settle for a MCD mcChicken
I sent an email to sheez and got a nothing chain letter saying sorry.

Part of my order was boneless chicken tossed in the boom boom sauce. Not only did I not receive my order tossed in the sauce, I didn't receive the sauce at all. Very disappointing, because this location has been excellent in the past. This is the second time this has been an issue. The daytime staffing is wonderful, but I wouldn't recommend ordering late-night because the staff just can't seem to get an order correct. It's a shame, because I really enjoy their food when it is prepared properly.

I have had 2 different sandwiches from this place now! They were good, however there was supposed to be heavy mayo on both of the sandwiches and the second sandwich had none on it. The first sandwich didn't even have enough mayo to consider it a mayo packet let alone heavy! I do however LOVE their slogan "WHY THE SHEETZ NOT" ?

Dirty. Store dirty, bathrooms are dirty, gas pumps are dirty, air pump don't work. Hope you don't have a low tire while traveling like I did. Don't bother telling the workers they don't care.
