As a zine lover, this is the perfect bookstore. Prices are great and it's non-profit. Grabbed some by-donation stickers from a small artist featured at the shop too.

Best socialist bookstore I have ever been to

Really great place for community building and learning about marginalized communities, activism, mutual aid... They host little events and have a small free library selection and some odds & ends to take free, a computer to access... Really e everything you'd see and want in the heart of a community.

A leftist volunteer-run bookshop with a wide variety of books. It is on the expensive side and it isn’t totally clear why books are priced that way given it is volunteer run. If the money is going to organizations or fund raisers or simply what it takes to cover rent and costs it’d be nice to know!

The nicest folks in town! Very accommodating, welcoming and unpretentious. I haven't yet had the chance to visit the shop (because of physical distancing) but I've ordered a number of books for delivery which has required a considerable amount of communication and coordination- all of which has been handled well by their volunteers (especially Alexander whom I've primarily dealt with). Also they have very generous Patreon perks which I'm enjoying :)

Very nice little bookstore, has lots of interesting books on indigenous history, anti-capitalism and leftist ideas. The owner was chill and was listening to a podcast that I was familiar with and a fan of. Definitely coming back to buy some books
