Had some flyers printed here that I was going to cut and fold at home. Some of the prints were pretty far off center so the cut was *right* up to the edge of the bleed and crooked. I paid extra for ivory paper but it came on white ? staff was nice and it was easy to pick up though

After being laughed out of a nearby Walgreens when i went in to asked for a passport photo, I did a quick google search and found out Staples does them as well. I walked right in, was told there may be a wait. (3 minutes was all it was) he took my picture and had them ready less than 5 minutes after that. Great service!

Had a scheduled TSA appointment with this location. When I get there 10 minutes early for my appointment, there are eight people in line for the TSA station. 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment there are still five people in line. I asked the store clerk if they take walk-ins ahead of appointments and he said “no we check for that”. Clearly the appointment system is a joke. Don’t pick this store if you think they will respect your time. I finally got done an hour+ after my scheduled “appointment”. ?

PRICES ONLINE ARE MUCH CHEEPER THAN IN STORE! I just wanted to share a pretty terrifying experience I just had. I bought an ethernet cable for $22.99 and thought "this feels really expensive." As soon as got home I looked on the Staples.com website and the price was $4.09 (for the exact same product and item number). THAT'S AN $18 DIFFERANCE!! I also reviewed several other products I was looking at and they were all $20-$30 more in-store than what was listed online. When I went in to ask for the price match, and I inquired why were so many products so much more expensive in store and was told "prices online don't match what the prices are in store, but we always honor whatever price you see." They said there is not one correct price, and the price listed in-store was not a mistake. Employees were always supper helpful but I left questioning every purchase I ever made at Staples.

The cashier at the Southglenn, CO store went above and beyond with helping me coordinate the app of purchases, coupons, points, etc., the morning of 8/19/2024. She even took an extra step to go get the ink toner I needed once returning my empty one for recycling. She is a huge asset to Staples, Inc.!!!
