Stephen Licence Bicycles & Hobbies

Stephen Licence Bicycles & Hobbies is such a gem in the community. I regularly go there to get keys cut for our building, and every time, I’m greeted with kindness and a warm welcome. The staff are always so sweet, helpful, and efficient - it’s the kind of friendly, small-town service that makes errands feel enjoyable. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’m always happy to support a local business that treats people so well!

Took my bike in for repairs and was thoroughly impressed. I have used all the bike shops in Belleville. These guys are top notch and bike was done in no time. I have several bikes and all of them. Will see Stephen License for servicing. Well done guys!!

I can’t say enough about this store. They go above and beyond to satisfy Their customers. Only drawback is that they don’t carry a large variety of products and have limited quantity on the stuff to do carry. Had to order more product for me but came in fast and was called promptly for pickup. Will be ordering more very soon.

Went to find a rarely used brake cable, and the perfect match was in stock and incredibly affordable! Great service from an old family company.

I love this store. The last time I went in I was looking for a jigsaw puzzle. There was a nice selection, much better than Chapters and there were puzzles that I'd never seen before, instead of rectangles they were in shapes. I wanted a more difficult one, but beautiful and found a beautiful one with wolves. While there I looked around, as I like to do and saw so many ideas for gifts, as well as the most beautiful bike that I hope to buy one day. Stephen's is so much more enjoyable to shop (or browse)than shopping at a mall. The staff are so pleasant and make time for you and there is even a store dog that greets everyone as they enter. There is free parking at the back I found out, which makes it even a better place to go. I highly recommend this store to everyone - give yourself a treat, turn off your cell phone and go in to walk around for an hour. It's like being transported back in time. You'll be happy you did and you might even want to take up a new hobby with all they have to choose from:)

I bought my bike here last year and they were very helpful. With the corona virus I wasn't able to bring my bike in within the year for a warranty check up, but when it had a wee accident, they put it under that check up, repaired it, cleaned it, and were extremely efficient and helpful. I guess that's why they've been in business for over 100 years!! Great expertise and customer service!
