purchased a coffee table from Structube less than a year ago, and I’m really disappointed with the quality.

The table started showing serious wear and tear in just a few months — the surface is discolored, the finish is peeling, and overall it looks like something I’ve had for years, not months.

For a brand that markets itself as stylish and modern, I expected way better durability.
This wasn’t a budget item either — yet it feels cheaply made.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their furniture based on this experience.
Looks good at first, but it doesn’t last.

Very nice place for furniture. Very very elegant design. All the selections there are so beautiful. Paintings are pretty too. Price is affordable. I wish I had known this place earlier.
Comparing to other places with $$$$ this place offers you more reasonable price 😊
Will definitely come back for shopping and purchasing!!!

Worst store ever! Purchased product in January still don't have it. A delivery date was set and when I called them I was told they didn't have it. Surprisingly after calling head office it in Mtl. Then I can't pay balance over the phone?!
Its 2025. Today was paid in full and I'm now advised it will be another week. First and LAST purchase ever!!!!!

Very rude and unprofessional. Very bad customer service. We called for replacement of parts for sofa. They straight up emailed us the warranty is void because we manipulated the product. Why we do that. We needed help and they sent us away. Never recommend to anyone. Very bad experience.

I would like to commend LINA our sales associate. We couldn’t find an item to fit our space. LINA took the time to find something suitable for us. She called us to let us know and we really appreciated her help. We purchased the furniture after her search. LINA truly went above and beyond to help my husband and I.. she was so pleasant and thorough . We truly felt LINA’s professionalism shine through. There was never any pressure put upon us. She made everything so easy. A truly committed and caring lady who made us feel very comfortable at all times. LINA is a true asset to Windsor Structube. We won’t hesitate to go back and purchase from her again.

Update... Structube needs to deal with returns on a case by case basis past 7 days, because of so many dishonest people.. Wake up Canadians this is Canadian company that needs our support.. Hats off to store assistant manager that called me back..
Also called Head office problem resolved. They maintain 7 day policy is best for them since so many people now are trying to return dirty used furniture not the Canadian way in my books I am honest and fair and like to be treated the same way. This is a company that has to protect themselves from the new dishonest canadian consumer.. Wakeup people quit wrecking this great country quit thinking only of yourself.. Change review to 5 star.. I now understand

Beware!!! anyone buying anything from Structube as a Christmas gift or gift in general this store has a strict 7 day return policy. No store credit no gift receipt no common sense, just sorry about your luck attitude. This to me is very clear from my personal experiences, low quality items require a strict and unreasonable return policy that way once you realize the item not satisfactory it is too late to do anything.. As their company mission statement states they want satisfied customers but they do the exact opposite by making sure if you are not satisfied you are screwed after 7 days. Good corporate policy 30 day return policy is standard, a store you want to stay away from 7 day return policy. Structube if you believe you sell quality items show it by increasing your return policy time .. Ty and good night..
