We purchased a couch a year ago and we had an issue with how it looked when it came in. They sent a technician and said everything was fine and that they wouldn’t replace the furniture. So we accepted it was fine and now a year later the furniture looks terrible and is falling apart. I asked them to come out and look again and replace it. They said they could get some parts and put it back together and since it was no longer under warranty wanted me to pay for it. I did my due diligence and called them in immediately after delivery while the warranty was still available and they did nothing and now of course since it is falling apart the warranty is over. So disappointed in the quality of the furniture and in the way we are being treated. If you sell a bad product you replace it. I have other Teppermans furniture that I am very happy with, but if they don’t come good for this price of garbage I will never buy anything from them again and I will make sure my friends and family members don’t trust them either. The manager just called me and told me that if we were using the couch to sit in that we should expect that it would be worn out in a year. That’s why they don’t warranty it past a year because they know it’s not going to last any longer. So you should expect to spend $2000 a year or more on a new couch because if you buy it from Teppermans and actually sit in it it’s going to wear out. I will not buy from here again.

We bought some beds and about 2 weeks after the purchase they just broke; apparently the materials were not the best. We contact the customer service and they have not given any response back, I am making this review after six months of sending mails and call them and they simply answer they have to send the broken pieces as they can not give the money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Quality is bad, it is pretty expensive, the customer service is awful and the “guarantee” doesn’t exist at all. Again this place is the worst!

I bought two beds on November. From the beginning the beds were poorly assembled, the two people they sent had no idea how to put beds together. They tried the posts of both beds by combining them to the point that it took them about an hour to put together a queen bed and a twin bed.

Since that day I have been calling and sending emails because the beds broke. I want to get my money back because the beds are broke and useless since the first week. I have two damaged beds taking up space at home waiting for the Teppermans people to come and respond.

This place is THE WORST OF THE WORST.

I'm still waiting for them to respond to me with the warranty. They never answer the emails or calls, the automatic voice always says they will going to return calls, that they never return.

Very poor quality, the beds seem to be made of glued parts, poor customer service, poor response in the warranty service. In short, the first and last time I buy from this place. I just want my money back.

My salesperson was great. Very helpful and kind. I am extremely unhappy that I am a customer who just finished paying off a mattress two months ago and came back to purchase an appliance and was told I would have to pay a $100 administration fee again. Finance lady was not friendly and very dismissive. I will not be purchasing anything more from Tepperman’s. I was planning to purchase a stove top and new dining room table but don’t want to continue paying an administration fee of $100 each time.
That is not my idea of customer appreciation or loyalty. The two stars are only for my salesperson, Bobby in appliances.

Needed to buy/inquire about a dryer. Called . She tranferred me to appliance dept. I was kept on hold for 20 mnts. I just hung up.
Great products good prices by customer service sucks.
This is my second similar experience.
In person service is good but horrible over the phone. Someone needs to pay attention in mgt there.

Today we had an amazing experience at Tepperman’s , Doug helped us and gave us an amazing experience at Tepperman’s while shopping for a mattress. He took the time to understand what we needed, explained everything clearly, and even shared some of Tepperman’s history with us, which was really interesting. He made the whole process easy with his friendly and helpful approach.

Doug truly stood out was his kindness—when we accidentally left our phone at the store, he personally drove to our home to return it! That kind of service is rare, and we’re so grateful.
