Shelby the manager is so rude. I had placed an online order two hours earlier for a container with an in store pick up discount. I was out running errands and hoped they could just fill my order so I could grab it. I was told no and they wouldn’t honor the online discount if I bought it in the store.

Very adamant on their process and zero customer service. I got off phone and the order had been filled. I called in and canceled it because I will not support a business that doesn’t show customers an ounce of empathy. In the time it took talking, my order could have been filled. I will go elsewhere without paying a premium.

I had visited the store to make an exchange. I was told prior via phone call that I would have no problem pickup or exchanging the item(s).

When I arrived I was not greeted by the cashier at the time JAMAL. He just looked at me with a stoic, not interested look. I said "Hi, I have a exchange for an item I called to be placed on hold." No response.

He rings up the return. I assumed he was just going to process the transaction as an exchange, just as I've done in the past, no problem. But he doesn't bother to communicate anything to me during the process, and he decides to proceed with putting the return back to the original form of payment. While I notice the screen on the register reflects a signature needed. I ask him, "can you just do an exchange?" And he says no. So then I ask him. "can you just put the return on a gift card/merchandise credit?" - As it was purchased as a gift for me. He acts annoying and uninterested, and tells me he can't do that.

He than says, "I guess I can try, but its not going to work." Acting perplexed, he purposely tells me I have to sign the return before he can proceed with trying to do the merchandise credit, knowing very well that by me signing it, it would be returned back to the original card. Purposely vindictive.

At this point, I was starting to realize he was profiling and discriminating against me. So I asked him to get the manger. He of course acted like he didn't know what was going on. No accountability.

I've worked in service for years. This experience was unacceptable, and embarrassing. And does not align with the culture or the service that I've become accustomed to receiving at any Container Store!

NEVER have I experienced a welcoming like I did from Morgan today. I walked up to the door at 7:03 not knowing the closed at 7. I was turning around to go leave when Morgan opened the door and invited me in. Then asked what I was looking for, walked me to the product and was so friendly. How refreshing. She hooked me up w coupons before I left. This was first time in a Container Store and I will absolutely be back. THANKS MORGAN👌

I bought these cool hrs case containers from the container store. Cool place for all kinds of odds and ends type of stuff. These containers are heavy duty and should last for years. Thank you

Julie H. was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing products to organize our refrigerator. By the time we finished installing the products she chose, we gained so much more storage and ease of locating products within the refrigerator.

It's such a wonderful store. The staff today was fabulous. When I asked where something was located, she took the time to take me there, instead of just telling me. I bought a ton of glass, and they wrapped each piece up for me. Everything got home safe. Much appreciated.

this is the adult version of Disneyland. Whatever it is that you’re looking to store, there’s definitely a container for you here. Whether it’s super tiny beads or giant rolls of wrapping paper or your entire closet of shoes, there’s definitely at least five options for you

Great store for organizing supplies in many ways with a range of prices as well. We redid our laundry room last year and received excellent customer service. This past visit though we had a lot of trouble finding what we needed and there wasn’t anyone to help. I mean…there were employees but none available to help. All seemed busy with the store but not to help the customers. Maybe it was stock day? Not sure. The help we did get, though, was a check out and of course they were nice! For me it’s 4/5 because some items are priced too high and not all products are best quality and it makes it difficult when you’re trying to use the store’s products together for a project.
