These guys know their stuff. Bestbuy wouldn't fix my laptop even though I had a warranty and they tried to sell me a new one. These guys fixed it and had it ready for pick up within 48 hours. They charged me a very affordable price and didn't try to scam me, unlike big box stores.

The staff at Think Monkey are THE BEST!!!!! Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have been there multiple times for phones/computers/tablets and always happy with the service! I purchased my Antivirus software through them years ago... and just today had a weird scam call... I was worried about a few things related to the call, and reached out to them for help to ease my mind and make sure my computer was safe. They immediately helped me over the phone to ensure my computer was in fact protected and that I could go on with my work knowing my computer was secure. THANK YOU so much Think Monkey for the OUTSTANDING service!!!! I definitely recommend the team there for ALL your computer/tech needs 🙂

This business is way overpriced since new owners. They wanted $336 plus taxes to do the front glass of phone and the last owners was $265. I bought my own screen and will do it myself for $65.71 the cost of a screen and $18 for the back glass. And I needed the back glass installed as well and they want ro charge me $200 for both in labor. I bought a heat gun and did it myself. Its pretty easy. Watched a video on youTube. If the guy said $125 I probably would've let him do it. Takes under an hour for a beginner. They sure know how to chase money away.

Stopped in today as my iPad was acting up.Within 5 minutes the young lady and gentleman had it sorted out.I am extremely grateful for their quick service and will definitely be back.

Phoned ahead to get the back glass of my phone replaced. Told me to drop phone off on Tuesday. Arrived on my half hour lunch break to drop my phone off and told me that part was on back order. That is totally understandable! But absolutely no communication telling me this. They told me to come back next week as the part should be there by then. Next Tuesday rolls around and I drop my phone off on lunch break again and receive a loaner phone. Was told should be done by Thursday max Friday. Thursday roles around and nothing heard. Phoned and asked how it was going and I was told the tech has not even started on my phone. I asked for them to phone me before lunch the next day to give me an update to see if the phone was going to be ready for the weekend. Absolutely no phone call, no update no communication. I had contacted think monkey for 3 weeks to try and get my phone fixed and I ended up taking my phone elsewhere. Very unprofessional and poor service. Highly don’t recommend for or any repairs that need to be performed in a timely manner. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
