I don't frequent this shop as often as I'd like to, but my kids love it there and because of that I hesitate to bring them more often as it'd put a hole in my wallet, and my kids get too handsy in there, messing up their merchandise. That being said, I've had the pleasure of being assisted by a gentleman by the name of Gordon. He was really helpful with all my needs and incredibly patient with my crazy kids. He treated both my kids really well and took time out of his busy day to answer all the questions they had about pokemon, yu-gi-oh, and those Pop! figures. He even got them hooked on comic books, the main reason I visit the shop. It's almost like he was an Uncle of theirs, he treated them like family. Overall, we always have an amazing experience here! Keep up the good work!

Solid local games shop with LOADS of selection. They have decent comic book section, too. I frequent mostly for MtG singles, which they sell for very reasonable prices. Their sealed MtG products are generally more expensive than other game stores so I don’t buy from them. Otherwise, very friendly staff!

capitalized on the new etb market, i guess that’s fine 200$ bucks is a bit extensive considering i called 5 times before they actually opened, said they were gonna list at msrp blatant lie. But got a 500$ card in the end so i really can’t complain, still kinda scummy that card stored captilize and charge over 120$ msrp

Very knowledgable staff. I saw a staff helping a husband looking for a present for his wife. The staff was able to make a lot of good recommendations based on the genre and author of the show she watches. I am happy to have a game store in the neighbourhood. They just newly opened and there are some shelves still empty, but I did find very cute Nendoroid (Tracer and Link). They have a bit of everything. It's fun even just browsing around.

$4 for penny sleeves? They’re not too far off from being nickel sleeves at that price. And to justify that price (I’ve seen as low as $1.25) they compare to Amazon which ships it free and has a no questions asked return policy. 🤔

Purchased a puzzle as a gift and I changed my mind on it. Went to return it after 5 days unopened and was told they do not do returns even if it is unopened. They are only willing to do exchanges which I'm not interested in. They say their policy is on a sign which I did not see at time of purchasing, and on the receipt which is after I have already paid. They did not disclose the no return policy or point out the sign to me at the time of purchasing which feels like a scam/rip off. They'll hold your money hostage while you have to get something you don't want. I've never heard of a store that does not do refunds. The staff was nice when explaining the policy and I understand it isn't their fault but the management's. This isn't a store I'll ever return to.

Disappointed that this store started over pricing their supplies at $4 for a pack of penny sleeves Hours later I find another place selling them for $1/pack and thought to myself i could return the original purchase since it was still sealed (per their return policy on the receipt)--WRONG Worker there tells me "the credit card machine doesn't issue refunds" (it's 2021--how does your machine not issue refunds) and passive aggressively accuses that "I could have taken out a few sleeves to use" Why the hell would I waste my OWN TIME AND GAS "taking a few sleeves out to use and return the rest" 🤦‍♂️ edit - store never issued a refund. Only store credit (which i probably will never use) or exchange for another item (that i have no interest in either)

The staff were super helpful and fun while putting up with my long and changing list of cards to look up. Great games, good collection, fun store.
