My experience at Tom Harris was a very positive one. Jacob was friendly and very helpful. I came in to set up a new Koodo account with a new, but technically dated iphone8. Jacob informed me that it would still function for text and talk, but that I would soon be needing to update to a newer more technically advanced phone. Prior to visiting Tom Cellular, I had done some research into the ratings of various new phones and asked about the iphone16e and iphone16plus and their store pricing. After he answered my questions he told me about some gently used refurbished phones they had in inventory that would be a lot less expensive, and yet were still technically advanced enough to last many years. I ended up purchasing one of the refurbished phones and saved hundreds of dollars. Jacob also stayed past his working hours to finish setting me up with my new account and phone and offered top notch happy service from beginning to end. Thank you Jacob

Great group of people, they are super friendly and helpful, they can be quiet busy with this smaller location, not sure if they do appointments but if they do i would recommend that as going in sometimes can be a bit of a wait so be patient and plan for it to be busy.

Top notch customer service and also keep in mind cashless. Hope you ask about promos going on too! May your experience with this awesome team is as great for you.
