Great store. Staff are helpful and nice when you need them. Prices are a bit high but you will find a great variety of toys for all ages.

The return policy is worst. I have bought a product and it showed to be a really poor quality one. I bought it on wednesday and tried to return it to change for another thing on Saturday. They said they would not do the return once I did not have the original receipt but i have digital recipet and manager was rude she said we don’t accept digital reciept , she just keep saying, i need physical reciept I have worked as seller before and I now it is perfectly fine to find the buying details in the system and proceed with a simple return. Its policy is just a way of taking the advantage of those who for any reason lose their physical receipts. I will keep this piece of shot they call a product (they should be embarrassed for buying a garbage like that), however, I will never buy on their store anymore and recommend other not to buy from this store because of worst policy and instead of giving refund in same method they just giving credit store card so that next time people gonna buy from there.so that they represent again worst policy of return.

Toys'R'Us, no wonder why you're on the brink of bankrupcy. You keep on hiring rude employees, teach them the basics of customer service at least.
Today March, 28th 2026, around 11 AM, the cashier is so rude, no smile, no welcome, she stared to me when I got there, I had to be the first to say Hi, she doesn't answer questions, no "Sorry I don't know", she warned me if I lose my receipt I won't be able to return (I haven't asked about that).
Your toys are available elsewhere, so if you don't have a nice customer service, I predict you'll close by the end of spring.

We come all the way from the US to visit Toys R Us and this one did not disappoint. The kids love it and with the Babies R Is there we can get everything we need for all of our six kids of various ages!

If I had to use a word, it would be 'depressing'. The store is more than half empty, with entire sections just sitting with nothing in them. Even with a giant baby section and HMV in store, it's still empty and soul-less. They don't have video games either which is weird. I went to buy a bumper for a toddler bed..asked someone if they had some, looked it up, told me 'no'. On my way around looking for other stuff, found they had 3 options of bumpers. Look, for minimum wage and and 100's of weird studies staring at me all day, I wouldn't give AF either...so I let it slide.. RIP fun....
