Was in store this past weekend. VERY limited stock. Also the store is filthy. Does anyone clean your floors. Ever? One would think a place where children are know to run around and be on the floor this would be a bit more of a priority. Left without anything and a very dirty toddler because of the amount of dirt on the floors.

Suggestions; Hire cleaners. Fill your shelves.

Low stock and absent costumer service aside. The store is filthy. Every inch is covered in dirt. Even at the cash, how can you not make cleaning your area part of your job. I get that it would seem like a task at this point, but honestly, if it’s happening every day, it’s nothing. And the bathroom, putrid!!

Omg this place was horrible. My girlfriend and I went looking for strollers and a car seat. It’s our first kid and we must of been in Toys R Us for a half hour or longer, and not once did someone come help us. Not only did no one come help us. We didn’t even see anyone that worked there other than the cash register. It’s really unfortunate. We were really excited going looking for our first time and left unfortunately more confused than when we first showed up.

Not a lot of products in-store right now (March 2025) but they might just be in between shipments. Staff is genuinely friendly and prices are decent overall.

This is the worst store I have ever went to twice I've wented to buy big ticket items twice was told they were sold out and twice I asked if I could pay and order them both times I was told no it cost to much to ship and was advised to go to Walmart it because it was cheaper.

Service is not good and the space of the location seems misused and empty.
I’ve gone many times to empty sections.
They do however get toys like Calico Critters and had a good selection of them, but Walmart had the new Littlest Pet Shop toys before they had them.
Areas like the book section feel very clean, but the open area in the front, towards the register always feels very dirty and disorganized.

Awful service!!
Seen online there was stock in for Nintendo Switch so I went on Friday evening to look for a Nintendo Switch. There was no one available in electronics section so I walked over to 3 workers behind the counter who were not busy. I asked the worker that approached the counter if I could get a Nintendo Switch. She replies "uh" and points to electronics section. Her coworker spoke up and asked "are you looking for the Nintendo Switch with the console or the handheld? I replied "the Switch....the console which turns into the handheld" she responds "ah, yea, actually we don't have any, we only have the Switch Lite". Assuming she knew what she was talking about, I left the store.
I thought about how she didn't bother to actually go check her stock so I went back the next morning on Saturday and asked the worker that was available in electronics if she could see if there was Nintendo Switch in the backroom and there was!

I had the worst experience,

I went to the store as a lady posted in a local
Coupon group about having Christmas pyjamas. Understand they may not be in stock I took a chance and went in there.

Upon entering the store I asked customer service if the pyjama was in the baby department as I had been in the store a couple of times before and things had been in other departments. I made my way to the back of the store I found several sleepers that I loved but not in the correct size. I searched around and found supervisor Tania and another male employee I failed to get his name. I simply asked “Hey duckie, would you happen to have different sizes out back” From the start I got a sour attitude and refused to look. The male employee spoke up said he checked. So I thanked him and looked at the clothes as I browsed Tania told the employee I was a “ trouble customer, always in asking for things” Then she talked about me being “needy” and told him not to look she knew nothing was out back. I have been to your stores 2/3 times before as I work out of Alberta I'm not in Newfoundland a lot. I asked to speak to a manager to express how this was inappropriate to belittle your customers then she spoke up and said she was the manager and the other was on lunch however her badge said supervisor. I left to walk away and my eye noticed a little push-along car so I stopped
To look while there I hear Tania
Continuously talk about me and how she grew up with me in her neighbourhood a very detailed story was created about me and the lady didn't even know me or my name. If she knew me she knew I'm not a Newfoundlander or from up the shore and my family sure was not known for stealing up the shore. This kind of behaviour is uncalled for. A supervisor is supposed to be a role model employee, not someone who lies and gossip. Disappointed in the customer service. If she talking about a stranger I can only imagine what else she makes up to tell staff. I am continuously told Newfoundland has the nicest of people but this sure doesn't seem like it
