Pros- Great location and lots of room options! Customer service was amazing.
You also have an hour of board-game play after the room

Cons- I wish they would give more than 2 clues for the room.
They were very kind in explaining the room after, but one of the props was not working properly. (An item in the room was supposed to move but it was quite stiff so I don’t think people would try it in fear of “using force” which we are always cautioned never to do in escape rooms)

Enthusiastic and well informed staff! Excellent explanations before coming in, and you can tell that the people working here love a good escape room. They've only been open for a month but you can tell by the care put into the facility that it's here to stay! The puzzles were super fun, and the rooms were well designed and clean. I hope to come back in the future.

Really fun, and not expensive. The rooms we went through had a nice multimedia quality to them which had good production values. Staff was very helpful. Definitely will want to go again. Also came with the opportunity to play some board games on site, so we could wait for our friends to be done.

We had such a great time here on Thursday! My friends and I are often at the bar a few doors down and I was so excited to see this place was open. We got the whole gang together and booked three rooms, and I think we're going to book again so we can each try the rooms we missed. Booking was easy and accessible, the staff was fun and engaging, and the space is really well thought out. They even have board games so you have something to do while you wait for your friends to finish their rooms.

The rooms themselves were super fun! Some of the puzzles were HARD but not so hard that I got frustrated or checked out. We didn't win, but that's OK. We made it pretty far and that's good enough for me!

We tried the Secret Inheritance room - staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was challenging (we did not escape!) with well thought out clues and puzzles. A great experience and will definitely be going back.

I was responsible for planning and hosting a team building social, and I am so glad we chose Trapped Midtown to host our event at!!! I experienced some issues with numbers and planning completely on my end, and the three staff members who were at Trapped Midtown today afternoon were so understanding, patient and accommodating with our group. They were very helpful with managing bookings, as was the Director of Operations who I was in touch with over email to book. Also it is so great that an hour of boardgames is included! Our team mentioned they really enjoyed the escape room experience. Overall, would definitely recommend this new location!

Went for my birthday party and did the 'Lost and Found' room. The puzzles were perfectly challenging while also not being too frustrating. The room was alo really well made. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and let us keep the door ajar due to claustrophobia.

Such a fun experience for my teen’s birthday party! Booking online was hassle-free, and the staff when we arrived were lovely and welcoming. Guests’ electronics and personal belongings are secured in lockers, and a washroom stop was offered before entering the Escape Room. I am waiting in the comfortable, nicely appointed lobby, listening to all the muffled giggling inside. Great spot.
