Terrible experience with their customer service. I live off campus (3 hours away) and wanted to place a custom order. My program wanted to have the same hoodie and people had placed their orders over the phone as we’re all attending a virtual program. The person who took my call, told me that they’re not taking orders over the phone, which is a lie because more than 5 people from my program have already made this request. The worker proceeds to inform me that i need to come down in person and place the order, and after i told her that i dont live near the campus, she told me to call back around 3 (which is when the bookstore is closed). I asked for her name and she hung up the phone on me.

Had a terrible customer service experience. The manager was very very rude. I was just calling to seek clarification but the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional.

Sign at top of the stairs said open till 4 so we waited until after our tour of campus to visit. Arrived at the door at 3:01 and were told the store closes at 3 on Fridays.

The cashiers were very nice and friendly, it was a good experience to shop in the bookstore. It was also easy to find the location as well.

My daughter and I went in to get some of her books and supplies. They were out of a good many books she needed. One of the books was on the shelf with a tag of $20.00. When we got to checkout it rang up as almost $240.00. It seems the book was put in the wrong place an the actual price was $89.00. Still it was not $240.00. My daughter had a gift card she wanted to use. After all of her things were rung in, we were informed they're not taking gift cards. A gift cards that specifically say campus bookstore. We ended up walking away and leaving the items there. My daughter said she'll use the gift card at another campus bookstore (it's universal) and buy what she needs elsewhere.

Place is great if you a student and love paying an organ for a book. But really the place is really clean and well layed out. I am also glad that they have the books layed out by section and by classes in the sections.
Have cool u windsor merch. And cool hoodies for different departments.
Also if you want too buy textbooks check on the textbook fbook page or amazon. ΔΧ

It's ok if you're desperate for textbooks right away or some supplies, but a lot of stuff is upcharged - and if you want something that they don't have in stock, expect to wait a while.
