Bought screen protector, case, camera lens protector which costs nearly $200 but after 2 days screen protector crack. Went there for warranty but said cannot. The screen protector that was bought is not cheap, costing to $60 but not good. Went to another shop to change and got a feedback from the seller that the screen protector that was cracked was the good quality. So feels like what they sell are only imitation and not original and they are selling it very expensive

Went to Tampines Mall outlet to get a X-Doria protector n screen protection for my new Apple Watch. Immediately after coming back, the corner of screen protector starts to peel. When back, the sales staff was very nice, replaced a new one but the corner start to peel again within 3 hrs. She told us that she can only replace once. I don’t think this is right n professional, which means if the product is faulty, you will not be responsible cos you have already replaced. That’s not right at all. We are a regular customers for so many years. Will think twice about going back. My invoice no: 6667

The salesgirl at Tampines Mall was totally uninterested to serve us, too busy on her handphone, but I still bought the Aukey chair costing $269 cos I needed it. The can't be bothered salesgirl booked a date for delivery as per the date we required but the delivery man never turned up and there is NO telephone number for me to contact anyone at all. Now I am in front of the shop waiting to cancel my purchase but there is no one here. Signage says WILL BE BACK IN 15MIN. But it is more than 30min n there is still no one here. Please do not buy from this shop if you don't want this type of trouble.
