This pokemon trading shop is really cool and has a lot of cards and special items that you can’t get in other places. The staff here are great and very helpful. They also have a few tables for you to trade and battle your Pokémon’s. Come check them out.

This store is truly a hidden gem. The owners and staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me carry product, which I really appreciated. The selection of cards, slabs, and sealed products is extensive and offered at very fair prices. Visiting the store was an enjoyable experience that brought back a lot of great memories and a strong sense of nostalgia.

I’m new to the Pokemon trading card hobby and I went to this store a few weeks ago while Douglas was working. I had asked if they had any of the new Pokemon individual booster packs for sale and they said they were sold out, however had one a multi pack one for sale. I had mentioned in passing while chatting with Douglas that I was new to collecting Pokemon cards. I asked for the price ($50), and I wanted to spontaneously purchase it to which I think Douglas could tell. He informed me that I should only purchase it if I reeeaaally wanted to, and said the store is substantially pricier than what it goes for retail - he told me that I can look for re-stocks at a certain location and told me to try my luck there.

Right off the bat when I entered this store, I could tell it was different from other stores I’ve been to. It was busy with people playing games at the tables, and the different level of exceptional customer service was apparent, with Douglas greeting me and making me feel welcome. The business is very lucky to have someone like Douglas working for them - honest, friendly, and engaging employee. I will be back to support this business and highly recommend it to any Pokemon fans looking for a great selection of cards. Thank you for the great experience and welcome to this (expensive) hobby!

The "BEST OF THE WEST" hidden gem located in the heart of Richmond, recently relocated in Yaohan Center.

All staff are personable, knowledgeable and willingness to help. CJ stands out from other shops by sticking sternly to doing whats right for others.. Especially, when things are unjustifiable of others being taken advantage. This shows character and another BIG REASON to support this shop more than others.

(NEW) They are also an OFFICIAL TAG grading submission center for TCG cards dropped off, to be graded. Special shout out to Mr. Thomas for being an excellent communicator regarding submission and answering any questions you may have, making the process seamless.

Keep doing what you guys do, see you all soon again.
