I visited this shop few days ago for Olympiad book, which was not available at that time.

But they have taken my number and really called me back after 2-3 days.
After a week, Today I could visit the shop.

To my surprise they have already kept my said book aside with a short note; even they maintained a register here for the one who needs book, which is at that time not available with them.

They took a sign from me on that register, ensuring the request has been fulfilled. It's really shows a great responsibility towards the customers need and the shop management system.

On top of it I got 10% discount on it. It was like cherry on a cake.
The overall experience was really satisfactory.

The story is pretty big and the staff is cooperative and the almost have all the books
But the traffic on the road is way too high. It is nearly impossible to get there with a car. Prefer 2 wheeler
It is very congested and has minimum parking space

A very famous book depot in Nagpur. They have been in business for quite some time and know their trade well. Staff is soft spoken and the shop is well managed. Personally speaking, it's my go to place for academic and literature books.
