This facility is beautiful. Realistically for the costs of tuition in the arts programs it should be but it really is very nice. The chairs like every university lecture room are seriously uncomfortable and designed to make sure you do not fall asleep no matter how boring the professor happens to be. But being new and in good shape you won't run into too much gum or boogers stuck to the bottom of the chairs.
